Company History:

Gaffney Realty Rentals, Inc. began as Gaffney Realty in 1967. Gloria Hatcher Gault was the first woman in Cherokee County to open a real estate company. Through the years, Gaffney Realty became a well-known name in the real estate industry in Gaffney and South Carolina. From the beginning, Gaffney Realty managed rental properties, as well as assisting clients in buying and selling properties.

In 2006, Gloria Gault Geary (the youngest daughter of Gloria Hatcher Gault) purchased Gaffney Realty Rentals, Inc. and now manages the largest property management firm in Cherokee County. We have a dedicated staff and focus on meeting the needs of our owners, tenants, and clients. Gaffney Realty Rentals, Inc. enjoys giving back to the community through various local charities.
